Our perfumes currently only ship to the continental United States due to international shipping regulations. We offer USPS Ground Shipping for all orders within the continental United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses or military states.

Packages may take up to 7 days to be processed, but in most cases will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We must ship perfume via Ground Transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays, lost packages or stolen merchandise. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. PERFUMES
Perfumes are not eligible for return. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 10-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to hello@withwayfarer.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue. You may not sell or resell any of the products you receive from us. If you are curious about the fragrances, we recommend ordering The Discovery Set.

We permit exchanges as credit on items within 7 days from the date package was received. Please send us an email hello@withwayfarer.com with your order number / product you wish to return - and we will provide further instruction.
Returned items must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging intact, otherwise they will be refused. As we are a very small team, at this time we offer store credit on returned items. Store credit for returned items is valid for 3 consecutive months.
